Property Description

This modern natural stone finca is located about 15 minutes outside Artà in the northeast of Mallorca. Set on a sprawling 30,000m² estate, the property invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its Mediterranean garden. The grounds offer stunning views of Mallorca’s landscape and mountains. A beautiful inner courtyard with a dining table connects to a terrace that provides access to the living room.

A highlight of the finca is the east-facing sun terrace with loungers and a stunning saltwater infinity pool, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The property also features lawn areas and its own vegetable garden.

Amenities

This luxurious villa is equipped with modern furnishings and offers six elegantly designed bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. Five bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms with showers, and there is an additional guest WC.
