Luxury Rustic Finca Estate in Algaida, Mallorca
This beautiful and luxurious rustic finca estate extends across approximately 21,000 m² and consists of several independent buildings, providing an exceptional combination of privacy, space, and flexibility for large families and groups traveling together.
The estate can accommodate large groups across its separate houses, with a total of 13 bedrooms plus 2 additional rooms suitable for extra beds, four independent kitchens, several separate living areas, and a large glass-enclosed communal room with space for gatherings of up to 40 guests.
The maximum overnight capacity is 25 adults. In addition, up to 4 children under the age of 12 may be accommodated free of charge.
For legal reasons, the permitted overnight capacity of each individually licensed vacation home must not be exceeded.

Ca’s Misser is a beautiful historic Mallorcan house filled with charm, character, and history.

- Charming living room in the oldest section of the house
- Spacious loft
Next to the property’s large swimming pool is an entirely independent guest building.
This separate accommodation features:

- 1 single bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- 1 kitchen
- Living and dining area
Its location directly beside the swimming pool makes it an ideal place to enjoy Mallorca’s sunny climate and relaxed outdoor lifestyle.

If the estate is rented for an event, the guest or renter is responsible for obtaining any administrative permits or official authorizations required for the event.
Please note that the property is located in a residential area, and the peace and privacy of neighboring residents must be respected.
Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing the surrounding community.
Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
