Two bedrooms feature double beds and offer approximately 28 m² (301 sq. ft.) of space each.

The villa’s outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying Mallorca’s Mediterranean climate and spectacular scenery.

Guests can enjoy a 15-meter heated swimming pool, beautifully maintained garden, and spacious sun terrace furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Villa Welcome offers optional catering services for guests looking for an enhanced luxury vacation experience.

A full-board catering package can be arranged and includes:

• Daily breakfast
• Lunch or dinner on six days during the stay
• All beverages included

Grocery Delivery

Groceries can be delivered directly to the villa for an additional charge.

Delivery Fee: €50 per delivery

Pre-arrival grocery stocking can also be arranged from €50 per delivery.

Private Chef

For a special culinary experience, a private chef can be booked in advance to prepare an exclusive dinner directly at the villa.

A tennis court is located close to the villa and is available for guest use.

Rental Conditions

• Children are welcome.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, or hamam.
• Events and celebrations are permitted only with prior approval.
• The swimming pool is not protected by a safety fence.
• There is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking inside the villa is prohibited.

The villa must be left in the same condition in which it was received. Additional charges may apply if this condition is not met.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is secured by credit card pre-authorization. The amount is authorized but not charged to the card.
