Die Villa ist auf 2 Etagen verteilt und präsentiert im Erdgeschoss einen großen offenen Wohnbereich, der eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Arbeitsblock und Brunch-Theke sowie einen Essbereich umfasst, der durch einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit Gäste-WC führt.

Der Wohnbereich ist modern eingerichtet, mit einer Balkendecke und einem dekorativen Kamin sowie bequemen Sofas und einem Flachbildfernseher mit Heimkinosystem. Von hier aus gelangt man in die Küche mit einem authentischen Holztisch und Stühlen, ideal zum Sozialisieren nach einem ruhigen Tag um den Pool. Ein Satz von Türen öffnet sich zur Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die Landschaft.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit viel Platz zum Zubereiten köstlicher Mahlzeiten, es gibt eine Frühstückstheke. Die Küche verfügt über einen Backofen, Kochplatte, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher.

In der ersten Etage finden Sie die 2 Zimmer. Die Villa verfügt über 2 lichte, belüftete und geräumige Zimmer. Diese Zimmer haben spektakuläre Ausblicke auf die umliegende Landschaft. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt auch über ein offenes Badezimmer en suite. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen separaten Aufenthaltsbereich, der sich neben den beiden Zimmern befindet, mit einem Doppelschlafsofa auf dem Treppenabsatz.

Beim Verlassen der Villa durch die großen Holztüren des Speisesaals finden Sie einen elegant gestalteten Außenbereich mit einer sehr gemütlichen Terrassenfläche zum Essen und Entspannen. Es gibt auch einen separaten Innenbereich für Mahlzeiten, in dem sich ein großer Grill und ein Tisch sowie der Waschbereich befinden. Wenn Sie die Terrassentreppe hinuntergehen, erreichen Sie den Pool und einen überdachten privaten Ruhebereich.

Die herrlichen Ausblicke auf die Berggipfel genießt man am besten aus der Bequemlichkeit des eigenen Salzwasserpools und Gartens. Ein Raum schützt Tisch und Stühle vor der Sonne zusammen mit einem Ziegelgrill und schafft so einen fantastischen Outdoor-Essbereich.

Die Klimaanlage ist von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr und von 20:00 bis 08:00 Uhr verfügbar.
Zu berücksichtigende Informationen:

Im Falle des Verlusts oder Zurücklassens von Schlüsseln im Quartier wird eine Gebühr von 50 € während der Bürozeiten und 75 € außerhalb dieser Zeiten erhoben. Die neuen Schlüssel müssen vom Gast in unserem Büro abgeholt werden.

Fantastische Villa in Búger, einer sehr ruhigen Stadt im Norden von Mallorcas. Das Anwesen hat einen herrlichen Garten rund um das Grundstück und einen schönen privaten Pool. Eine perfekte Terrasse und einen großen Grillplatz mit Essbereich stehen neben dem Haus. Der Eingang führt links zu einem großen Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und damit verbundene Esszimmer. Die schmackhafte Küche ist ebenfalls auf der linken Seite. Es gibt zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, eines mit eigenem Bad und ein weiteres Badezimmer auf der rechten Seite.

Auf der anderen Seite des Gartens befindet sich ein kleines zusätliches Gebäude mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer in einem.

Eine gemütliche Außenterrasse steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wunderbarer und privater Ort zum Entspannen. Auf Anfrage kann die Heizung zur Verfügung gestellt werden und kostet 1,10 Euro pro Liter. Die Gesamtkosten werden am Ende des Aufenthalts nach Überprüfung des Schalters berechnet.

Auf den Balearen gibt es eine Touristensteuer, Ecotasa genannt, die von allen Gästen über 16 Jahren zu entrichten ist.
Pro Tag und Person beträgt die Steuer

Apartment am Strand mit Terrasse
Diese kürzlich erbaute Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug, direkt an der Uferpromenade von Puerto de Pollença. Von hier aus hat man einen Panoramablick auf die Bucht, den Pier und den Bereich La Fortaleza. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenüber, nur wenige Meter über die Promenade zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Wohnung wurde für Komfort und Funktionalität konzipiert. Sie verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich, der sich zu einer grosszügigen, möblierten Terrasse öffnet – ideal zum Essen im Freien mit Aussicht. Die Küche ist vollständig für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet.

Die Aufteilung umfasst drei Schlafzimmer: eines mit Doppelbett, ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengestellt werden können, und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Es gibt zwei vollständige Badezimmer: eines mit Dusche und das andere, en suite zum Hauptschlafzimmer, mit Badewanne und Dusche.

Die Wohnung ist in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer klimatisiert und verfügt über kostenloses WLAN.

Ein privater Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Parken ist an der Uferpromenade nicht erlaubt, aber kostenlose Parkplätze finden sich in den umliegenden Strassen, und in der Nähe gibt es auch öffentliche Parkplätze, sowohl kostenlos als auch kostenpflichtig.

Fahrradnutzung: Das Abstellen von Fahrrädern ist weder in der Wohnung noch in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen des Gebäudes wie Fluren, Eingängen, gemeinschaftlichen Terrassen oder Innenhöfen erlaubt.

Diese Wohnung ist eine praktische und gut gelegene Wahl für alle, die direkt am Meer wohnen möchten, mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten von Puerto de Pollença: Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Freizeitaktivitäten im Freien.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für fünf Personen und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein offener Wohn- und Essbereich, der auf einen Balkon mit Meerblick führt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet Zugang zu einer zweiten Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes – ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Zugang zur hinteren Terrasse, von der aus man einen schönen Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge hat.

Diese Wohnung gehört zu einem Wohnkomplex mit schönen, besonders gepflegten Gärten, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine charmante Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den ganzjährig verfügbaren großen Gemeinschaftspool.

Die Terrasse hat einen überdachten und einen sonnigen Bereich und ist möbliert, daher können Sie draußen an einem Tisch mit Stühlen für 4 Personen essen und die wunderbare Meeraussicht genießen sowie zwei bequeme Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden nutzen.

Im Inneren der Unterkunft gelangt man über die Terrasse, die Zugang sowohl zum Wohnzimmer als auch zu einem der Schlafzimmer bietet. Das Wohnzimmer, geräumig und hell, ist über eine amerikanische Bar mit der Küche verbunden und schafft eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Elementen zum Kochen ausgestattet.

Außerdem verfügt die Unterkunft über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Betten, wobei jedes sein eigenes Badezimmer en suite hat, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Sowohl die beiden Schlafzimmer als auch der Wohnbereich verfügen über Klimaanlage, die im Sommer zum Kühlen oder im Winter zur Heizung genutzt werden kann.

Das Gesagte vorausgeschickt, bleibt ihm nur noch, seinen Urlaub in Mallorca in diesem Wunderwerk von Unterkunft zu reservieren, das nur 350 m vom Strand von Sa Rápita entfernt ist und auch sehr nahe an einem der berühmtesten Strände Mallorcas liegt: Es Trenc, mit seinem feinen Sand und seinen kristallklaren Gewässern.

Santa Catalina 46 ist ein wunderschönes Apartment, das strategisch in der Bucht des Hafens von Soller gelegen ist. Es bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das kleine Küstendorf in den Bergen, die Boote, die in den Hafen einfahren, und natürlich auf das Meer.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr besondere Dekoration dank des exquisiten Geschmacks ihrer Besitzer. Ohne Zweifel heben wir die Terrasse hervor, die mit einer Hängematte und einem Tisch für 4 Personen ausgestattet ist, damit sie jeden Moment genießen können, während sie die wundervolle Landschaft vor ihren Augen betrachten.

Die Terrasse ist mit einem Wohn-Esszimmer verbunden, in dem sich ein Sofa zum Fernsehen befindet, von dem aus man noch das Meer sehen kann, und außerdem ein weiterer Tisch für 4 Personen im Innenbereich.

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was sie benötigen, um ihr Lieblingsrezept zuzubereiten. Am Ende der Wohnung befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer: eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Wohnung verfügen sie über zwei mobile Ventilatoren.

Letztendlich befindet sich die Wohnung beim Hinaufgehen einer der schönsten Gässchen des Hafens von Soller, in einer sehr ruhigen Zone, aber sehr nah an den renommiertesten Restaurants des Ortes und natürlich an Geschäften mit lokalen Produkten. Soller und Puerto Soller sind einige der berühmtesten Dörfer der Insel. Sie werden dich nicht kalt lassen.

Darüber hinaus kann man sie als vielseitige Immobilie betrachten, in der man die ruhigen und überraschenden Ausblicke auf den berühmten Naturpark s’Albufera genießen kann, gelegen im begehrten Komplex von Playa de Muro, Villa Corb Marí II ist Ihre beste Wahl.

Beeindruckend, modern und funktional sind drei Adjektive, die die Villa verkörpert. Das Erdgeschoss ist vollständig barrierefrei für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, die sich problemlos von der Eingangsrampe durch die breiten Türen und die bodengleiche Dusche bis zur beeindruckenden Terrasse mit Infinity-Pool bewegen können.

Die Villa verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen. Eine Rampe führt Sie durch die Haupttür, die sich zu einem offenen Wohnbereich öffnet. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit in unserer voll ausgestatteten Küche, während Sie mit Ihren Familienmitgliedern oder Freunden im eleganten Wohnzimmer plaudern. Zwei Glasschiebetüren beleuchten den gesamten Raum, von dem aus man in ein Doppelzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett und ein familienfreundliches Badezimmer mit einer barrierefreien Dusche gelangt. Die erste Etage verfügt über drei weitere Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit Fenster und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Ein zusätzliches Familienbadezimmer wird von zwei Zwillingszimmern geteilt, beide mit Glasschiebetüren, die zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf das beeindruckende Albufera führen.

Draußen kann man ein ruhiges Bad nehmen, unter der Veranda grillen oder sich einfach in die Sonne legen und alles vergessen. Der Gast hat Zugang zu einem Badezimmer und einem Waschraum vom Hof aus, sogar zu einer Outdoor-Dusche mit Warmwasser neben dem Pool.

Die Immobilie verfügt über Klimaanlage und einen Pelletofen. Die Klimaanlage ist von 14 Uhr bis 16 Uhr und von 20 Uhr bis 8 Uhr verfügbar.

Zu berücksichtigende Informationen:

Im Falle des Verlusts oder Zurücklassens von Schlüsseln im Quartier wird eine Gebühr von 50 € während der Bürozeiten und 75 € außerhalb dieser Zeiten erhoben. Die neuen Schlüssel müssen vom Gast in unserem Büro abgeholt werden.

Die Villa Spa Cas Catala, die sich in Cas Català befindet, bietet einen Blick auf das Balearische Meer. Die 400 m² große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, 5 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern und bietet somit Platz für 8 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-Wi-Fi (für Videoanrufe geeignet) mit einem Arbeitsplatz für Homeoffice, TV, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem ist eine Tischtennisplatte auf der Unterkunft vorhanden. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool, Whirlpool, Garten, offener und überdachter Terrasse, Balkon, Grill und Spielplatz. Außerdem gibt es einen beheizten Pool im Innenpool.

Die Villa befindet sich in der gut angebundenen Siedlung Ca’s Catala, nur eine kurze Strecke von Palma, Puerto Portals und einer ganzen Reihe von Annehmlichkeiten entfernt. Der Bendinat Golf Club ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, was sie zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl für Golfliebhaber und diejenigen macht, die sowohl Komfort als auch Ruhe suchen.

Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden, und ein Parkplatz ist in einer Garage vorhanden.
